Open AMPPS Control Panel

Click on home button on AMPPS panel Or visit http://localhost/ampps/

On AMPPS home page click on 'add domain' under Features section.

On Add Domain page fill domain name and related information as per your need.

To issue self signed certificate for your site check the checkbox infront of Add an SSL entry (as shown in screenshot below)

Then Click on Add Domain button.

After this sll entry will be added for your domain in httpd-vhost.conf. You can find certificates at \path\to\Ampps\apache\conf\ssl_crt folder
