Very slow running. Wordpress Admin area is also slow. i think this is slow because of large Database query :) but script is better then others, lots of feathers. for better and fast performance, i am not using plugins

I don't really use WP as a blogging tool (and I'm probably totally missing the point about websites and blogs) but do use it to create 'standard' websites for small businesses and with a bit of tweaking it's great for that too! A very easy to use CMS as well. Great documentation and forums too.

This could be the best alternative to cPanel. I have used both and this is, by far, the most flexible way to deploy applications. It constantly updates itself and I am always amazed when I log in and find new functionality. What a great way to test over 200 applications. If you decide not to use them, simply uninstall them. Thanks for a great product. And did I mention, very affordable.

I was pleasantly surprise at how easy it was to install. The only thing I didn't realize is that the default installation ends up in the http://website name.com/wp folder. REMOVE the wp if you want the site at root level. Thankfully, I was able to easily uninstall and re-install (I'm a newbie at this so I didn't know how to correct manually!).

I've tried more than ten different CMS/blog engines, and WP is simply the one that best matches what they all say: Easy to use but still powerful! Many have that claim, but doesn't live up to it. On a close second place comes Website baker. The second position is because WP has an ocean of plugins that no one else can match...

Wordpress is wonderfully easy to learn to use, whether you are interested in pure content creation or a designer and coder looking for a content management system you can customize. I have been using this software since 2007 and have recently moved the entire blog from Wordpress.com to its own web server. The export and import process was a snap and I was back online within a few hours (instead of days). I highly recommend this for any new and experienced blogger or major news web site.
